Job summary

Charterhouse Partnership | Asia is seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Network Manager to oversee enterprise IT infrastructure, network, and cloud environments in Hong Kong. You will manage Windows servers, Linux systems, Microsoft 365, Azure, and virtualization, ensuring uptime and security for critical financial services applications.

You will lead upgrades, DR planning, and incident response, while coordinating with vendors and stakeholders to deliver major infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related discipline.
• 7-12 years of infrastructure, network and systems administration experience.
• Hands-on with Windows Server, Linux, Microsoft 365, Azure and virtualization.
• Strong knowledge of VPN, routing, switching and firewalls.
• Experience with cloud, backup, disaster recovery and cybersecurity operations.
• Familiar with Active Directory, Entra ID, SSO, PowerShell scripting and infrastructure automation.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (Azure, CCNA/CCNP, VMware, ITIL, CISSP, CISM) are advantageous.
• Fluent in Cantonese; Mandarin is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, storage, and virtualization.
• Administer network infrastructure including firewalls, VPNs, LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, and connectivity services.
• Maintain and enhance cloud environments across Azure, AWS and other platforms.
• Monitor system performance, security and availability for business-critical systems.
• Implement upgrades, patching, backup, DR and business continuity processes.
• Provide Level 2/3 support and root cause analysis for complex infrastructure issues.
• Manage cybersecurity controls, vulnerability remediation and incident response.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, asset inventories and procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to deliver infra, cloud and security projects.
