Job summary

Baguio Green Group Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant IT Infrastructure Manager to join our Infrastructure Team. You will lead hands-on IT operations, oversee network and server performance, and manage cloud platforms across AWS, Azure, and M365.

The role requires 5+ years in IT operations, strong English and Chinese communication, and a pragmatic approach to system security, patching, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in CS or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in IT operations and infra support.
• Strong MS Windows server and network maintenance experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid infra.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support network and server infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and ensure security through patching and anti-virus.
• Administer and optimize Cloud/SaaS/PaaS platforms including AWS, Azure, M365, D365.
• Oversee on-premises infrastructure such as HCI, SAN, Firewall, Core Switches.
• Troubleshoot, upgrade and regular maintenance of systems and applications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for internal use and reporting.

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Assistant IT Infrastructure Manager to join our Infrastructure Team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong hands-on experience in IT operations and infrastructure management, particularly in Microsoft environments and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support network and server infrastructure
• Monitor system performance and ensure security through anti-virus, patch management, etc.
• Administer and optimize Cloud/SaaS/PaaS platforms including AWS, Azure, M365, D365
• Oversee on-premises infrastructure such as HCI, SAN, Firewall, Core Switches
• Troubleshoot, upgrade and regular/ad hoc maintenance of systems and applications
• Recommend and implement system improvements
• Create and maintain technical documentation for internal use and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT operations and infrastructure support
• Solid experience with Microsoft network environments and system maintenance
• Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid infrastructure
• Familiarity with M365, Power Platform, Docker, and automation tools
• Certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, Azure, AWS are a strong advantage
• Self-motivated with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is preferred
