Job summary

Principle One Ltd is seeking an IT Colocation Engineer to deliver onsite support for a financial services client, handling hardware, software and network issues within a controlled data center environment.

You will monitor the ticketing system, document incidents, and collaborate with vendors while ensuring security policies are followed. Fluent Cantonese/English/Mandarin preferred; Monday–Friday 9–6 with occasional Saturday for urgent cases.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years IT support experience in financial services or professional firms.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage incoming service requests via the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and escalation.
• Provide onsite technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents reported by clients or internal stakeholders.
• Document incidents, changes, and configurations in the ticketing system and knowledge base.
• Assist in implementing IT projects and upgrades as required.
• Ensure adherence to security policies and protocols within the colocation facilities.
• Work closely with vendors for hardware procurement and support.
• Participate in incident response and recovery efforts as needed.

Haveprogramming experience or understand programing language is a plus

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 9 AM - 6 PM

Occasional Saturday: Required for urgent cases
