Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, CS, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years IT leadership experience in manufacturing, retail, supply chain or industrial sectors.
• Proven track record in enterprise AI adoption.
• Strong experience with ERP/SAP, enterprise apps, cloud infra and workflow automation.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

To support its expansion and digital transformation agenda, the company is seeking an IT Director to lead its Group-wide technology function, with a focus on accelerating AI adoption, modernizing enterprise systems and digital transformation to enhance operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

Lead Group's technology strategy, driving AI adoption, automation, security and compliance, new-site IT setup and enterprise systems transformation to support growth and operational efficiency.

Manage Group-wide IT operations across international offices and factories, ensuring reliable, secure and scalable technology services.

Lead enterprise AI adoption for users, establishing governance, training and change management programmes to promote responsible use and measurable productivity gains.

Deploy AI solutions across reporting, knowledge management, document generation and decision support, alongside workflow automation to streamline business processes.

Drive ERP modernisation, systems integration and cloud initiatives to enhance data visibility and operational efficiency.

Strengthen cybersecurity, data privacy and technology risk controls, supporting compliance.

Oversee IT budget planning, capital investment, procurement and vendor management, ensuring cost-effective delivery of technology projects and services.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.

At least 10 years of IT experience, including leadership responsibilities, within manufacturing, retail, supply chain or industrial sectors.

Demonstrated success in enterprise AI adoption.

Strong experience in ERP/ SAP systems, enterprise applications, cloud infrastructure and workflow automation.

Fluent in both spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
