Job summary

HKR International Limited is seeking an IT Business Systems lead to manage and enhance HR business systems and enterprise applications from initiation to post-implementation support.

You will drive AI-enabled system implementations, gather requirements, evaluate vendors and monitor deployment, while mentoring junior staff and coordinating cross-functional teams. This role requires strong stakeholder management and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, CS, IS, Data Science or AI-related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in SQL, APIs, cloud platforms and workflow automation.
• Experience in AI development, generative AI, automation, chatbots and analytics.
• Experience evaluating AI use cases, PoCs, integrating AI with business apps and measuring value.
• Certifications in PMP/PRINCE2/Agile/Scrum preferred.
• Knowledge of HR systems such as SAP/Workday/Oracle HCM preferred.
• Strong systems analysis, implementation, enhancement and support knowledge.
• Proficient in testing, documentation, change management and IT governance.
• Excellent project coordination and cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and user training skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching and team development.
• High professionalism, accountability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the full project lifecycle for HR business systems and enterprise apps independently.
• Lead AI-enabled system implementations, requirements, vendor evaluations and deployment.
• Manage vendors and external consultants on design, integration, and support.
• Lead, supervise, mentor and coach junior staff.
• Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives.
