Job summary

Hayco, a leading Hong Kong-based group, seeks a Senior Manager to guide Enterprise Applications and AI Solutions. You will shape strategy, governance, and delivery to translate business priorities into scalable digital capabilities.

You will oversee ERP, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, data reporting, and AI-enabled processes, ensuring secure data use and measurable value. This role blends program leadership with hands-on coaching across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in IT, CS, information systems, business administration, engineering, data science, AI or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise applications, ERP, digital transformation, or IT delivery, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated delivery of large-scale application implementations and process-improvement programs, preferably in manufacturing; SAP experience is strongly preferred.
• Practical experience with GenAI, Copilots, AI agents, intelligent automation, analytics, or enterprise knowledge solutions, including governance and adoption.
• Proven capability in project portfolio management, vendor and budget management, production support, stakeholder engagement, and people development.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise applications and AI solutions strategy, roadmap, architecture direction, investment priorities, and benefits realization.
• Lead demand management and the business analysis function; coach analysts to translate needs into requirements and backlogs.
• Direct end-to-end delivery of enterprise application programs (ERP, workflow, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, integrations, reporting).
• Lead AI solution discovery and delivery on top of enterprise apps (Copilot, SAP Business AI, RAG, enterprise knowledge).
• Ensure reliable and secure operations through governance, incident management, release control, data quality, and DR readiness.
• Develop the team and partner ecosystem through coaching, succession planning, vendor governance, training, and change management.
