Job summary

Combuilder Pte Ltd is seeking a Business Analyst to gather, analyse and document business requirements with internal and external stakeholders, and translate them into user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria and functional specifications.

You will work in an Agile environment with developers, designers, project managers and product owners; perform QA/testing and contribute to process improvements through Design Thinking and user-centred design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
• Strong software / IT background.
• Hands-on experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• At least 1 year of QA/testing experience, including manual testing and defect management.
• Knowledge of Design Thinking and user-centred design.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Miro, FigJam or similar tools.
