OSL in Hong Kong HQ seeks a seasoned Finance Manager to own US GAAP financial reporting, SEC filings, and IPO readiness as the company moves toward Nasdaq listing. You will lead standalone and consolidated statements, manage the PCAOB audit, and build a SOX-compliant ICFR framework for a pre/post-IPO fintech environment.

Located in Hong Kong, this role reports to executive leadership, coordinating with US auditors and legal counsel on filings, earnings releases, and board reporting.

Formación

• CPA or equivalent qualification (Must-have).
• Minimum 7 years of accounting, auditing, and financial reporting experience.
• Audit Background: 3–4 years Big 4 with US GAAP/SEC or cross-border IPO exposure (Must-have).
• In-house / pre-IPO fintech/tech or asset management exposure preferred.
• US GAAP & financial statements: experience building statements and footnotes from scratch.
• SEC & Nasdaq regulations: knowledge of S-X/S-K and Nasdaq listing standards.
• Digital assets / Web3: familiarity with crypto accounting is highly preferred.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) for collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead US GAAP financial statement prep for standalone and consolidated results.
• Drive SEC filings readiness and post-listing disclosures (F-1/S-1, 20-F/10-K, 6-K/10-Q).
• Manage PCAOB audit process and liaise with external auditors.
• Establish SOX 404 ICFR framework and remediate control gaps.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly/year-end close across entities.
• Collaborate with IR, CFO and Board on earnings and reporting decks.
