Job summary

Securities and Futures Commission in Hong Kong is seeking a Manager - Corporate Finance (IPO Team) to help regulate new listings and listed companies. Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Proven knowledge of corporate and securities practice in HK or overseas.
• Familiarity with Listing Rules; forensic work experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, research and policy initiative skills; excellent English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Assess listing applications under the Dual Filing Regime.
• Identify irregularities and advise on the exercise of powers under the Securities and Futures Ordinance.
• Understand the business of listing applicants and assess disclosure completeness.
• Provide recommendations and support for regulatory decisions; work in a team with high integrity.
