As we continue to scale our regional business, we are seeking a qualified AICPA / US CPA professional to take end-to-end ownership of both our US SEC listing compliance and group financial management functions. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the Group CFO, with regular exposure to the CEO and Board of Directors — ideal for a hands-on finance leader looking to grow alongside a publicly listed firm.
You will serve as the in-house subject matter expert for US SEC regulatory compliance while overseeing the full scope of the group’s day-to-day finance operations. In this dual-capacity role, you will ensure all US listing and reporting requirements are met on an ongoing basis, and lead the group’s accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis functions.

Lead the group’s end-to-end financial operations, including general ledger maintenance, month-end/year-end close, intercompany reconciliation, and consolidated financial reporting under US GAAP

Extract and validate financial data from ERP / accounting system to support management reporting, budgeting, and regulatory filings
Own the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, delivering variance analysis and actionable financial insights to senior management
Oversee working capital management, cash flow planning, and banking relationship management for all group entities
Ensure compliance with Hong Kong and US local statutory reporting and tax filing obligations; coordinate with external advisors for US tax compliance matters
Supervise and develop junior finance team members, driving process efficiency and team capability building
Support ad-hoc strategic projects including business expansion, financing activities, internal control enhancements, and potential ERP system upgrades
Active, valid US CPA license with AICPA membership in good standing with a US State Board of Accountancy
4–6 years of progressive experience in public accounting (Big 4 or top-tier firm serving US public company clients) or in-house finance with a US-listed company
