Iwai Style Limited in Hong Kong seeks a US-CPA Group Finance Manager to own US SEC compliance and the group’s financial management. You will report to the Group CFO with regular exposure to the CEO and Board of Directors, influencing governance and strategic decisions.

You will lead US filings, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and day-to-day accounting across the group, ensuring US GAAP compliance and a robust control environment. Fluency in English; Mandarin helpful.

Qualifikationen

• Active US CPA with AICPA membership in good standing.
• 4–6 years in public accounting or US-listed company finance.
• Hands-on US SEC reporting experience (10-K/10-Q).
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, SOX, consolidation and multi-entity accounting.
• Fluent English; Mandarin is a strong advantage; Cantonese a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to work independently in a lean, growing team.

Aufgaben

• Lead US SEC reporting, regulatory compliance, and filings (10-K/10-Q/8-K).
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and quarterly reviews.
• Oversee group accounting, consolidation, and monthly/year-end close.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Manage cash flow, intercompany activity, and ERP data integrity.
• Liaise with legal and Board on governance and regulatory updates.
• Develop junior staff and drive process improvements.
