Job summary

New Vision Holdings Group Ltd. in Hong Kong seeks a hands-on Manager / Assistant Manager for Financial Reporting and SEC Disclosure to lead US GAAP reporting and SEC filing work.

You will prepare annual and interim financial statements, footnotes, and disclosure materials for IPO and de-SPAC activity, coordinating with auditors and legal counsel. The role emphasizes technical accounting, analysis of complex transactions, and clear memoranda to support accounting conclusions, with tight deadlines

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on US GAAP experience; IPO/de-SPAC experience preferred.
• Experience auditing US public companies or financial reporting in US-listed companies.
• Strong English writing and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual and interim US GAAP financial statements, including footnotes.
• Draft SEC disclosure documents for filings and transaction documents.
• Assist in MD&A, with analysis of results, liquidity, and capital resources.
• Prepare supporting schedules and workpapers; ensure audit readiness.
• Coordinate with external auditors and legal counsel on filings and responses.
• Prepare all SEC filings and Board documentation.
