Job summary

Guotai Junan (Hong Kong) Limited seeks an Associate in Quality Control for Corporate Finance & ECM. You will review IPO prospectuses, A1 documents and due diligence materials to ensure accuracy and consistency, and support deal teams through the execution process.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in law, accounting or finance and at least four years in QC within an investment bank or IPO vetting. Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and sharp attention to detail are

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in law, accounting, finance or related qualifications.
Minimum 4 years of quality control experience in an investment bank or IPO vetting.
SFC or HKEx experience is preferable.
Strong knowledge of Listing Rules and IPO procedures.
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Review IPO documents (prospectus, A1) and due diligence materials for completeness and accuracy.
Collaborate with deal teams, legal & compliance to resolve issues and improve IPO execution quality.
Assess regulatory, legal and business risks of IPO transactions.
Review and provide feedback on IPO structures and internal documentation for regulatory compliance.
Provide training and updates on regulatory requirements and guidelines.
Provide day-to-day support to the Investment Banking Division.
