Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Significant experience in financial reporting and audit, preferably with Big 4 experience.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or entrepreneurial environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review group financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Manage end-to-end group audit process with external auditors.
• Drive group consolidation process and develop internal controls.

Skills

Expert knowledge of IFRS

Advanced proficiency in Excel

Leadership and communication skills

Stakeholder management

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline

Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA)

Master’s degree (advantage)

Netsuite or similar ERP/accounting systems
