Job summary

A financial services firm in Hong Kong is seeking a dedicated individual to manage trade data validation and ensure timely NAV delivery. This role requires a degree in Finance or Accounting, and at least 5 to 8 years of experience in investment management or fund accounting. Proficiency in Excel and good interpersonal skills are essential. The successful candidate will also be responsible for client interactions and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience for Assistant Manager.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience for Manager.
• Prior audit/accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular validation of trade and market data.
• Ensure NAV is delivered on time.
• Manage and maintain portfolio records.
• Act as contact point for clients.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors for onboarding.
• Participate in system deployment projects.
• Collaborate to resolve accounting and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulations.
