Job summary

ICBC (Asia) is seeking a seasoned funds operations professional to validate trade and market data across asset classes, ensure NAV is delivered on time, and maintain portfolios’ records. You will liaise with clients to plan timelines and resolve issues, coordinating onboarding with vendors as needed.

Requirements include a Finance/Accounting degree, HKICPA membership as an advantage, and 5–8 years’ experience in investment management or fund accounting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• HKICPA membership is advantageous.
• 5–8 years’ experience in investment management or fund accounting for public markets.
• Knowledge of Geneva is preferred.
• Strong detail orientation and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent English and Chinese communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular trade and market data validation across asset classes.
• Ensure NAV delivery on time and resolve market data issues.
• Manage and maintain portfolios’ records.
• Act as client contact, plan timelines and anticipate issues.
• Coordinate onboarding workflow with clients and vendors.
• Contribute to system deployment and policy/procedure enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting/operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
