A leading financial services company in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Hedge Fund Accounting Manager to lead and supervise an accounting team. The role involves reviewing deliverables such as NAV packs and ensuring accurate calculations. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 7–10 years of experience in fund administration. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and good communication in both Mandarin and English, with proficiency in MS Office applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
• 7–10 years of working experience in fund administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage hedge fund accounting team and provide strategic direction.
• Review fund accounting deliverables including NAV packs and financial statements.
• Ensure accurate NAV calculation, fee calculations, and profit allocation.
