Job summary

Forthright Financial Holdings Company Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Supply Chain Supervisor / Assistant Manager to manage end-to-end inventory data, perform physical counts, and resolve discrepancies to ensure ERP/WMS alignment. You will monitor levels, aging stock and obsolescence, collaborate with procurement and sales to optimize turnover, and conduct regular audits with data-driven reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM or Logistics preferred.
• 1-3 years in inventory control/warehouse data management.
• Proficient in Excel; familiar with SAP/Kingdee/UFIDA and WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end inventory data management and physical stock counting.
• Monitor inventory levels, aging stock and slow-moving/obsolete inventory.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly/annual physical audits and variance investigations.
• Prepare inventory reports and formal adjustment workflows.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement and sales on returns, transfers and scrapping.
