U Connections Pte Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a reliable Warehouse Storekeeper to receive and record goods, check quantities, and maintain accurate stock records. You will ensure proper storage and labeling, conduct regular stock takes, and coordinate with purchasing and other departments to meet delivery demands.

The role requires basic Excel skills, familiarity with ERP/WMS, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• GCE O/N Level or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in storekeeping, warehousing, or inventory management preferred.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP/WMS or inventory systems is an advantage.
• Reliable, organized, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work overtime when required.

Responsabilités

• Receive, check, and record incoming goods.
• Check quantities and ensure goods are in good condition.
• Store and arrange goods properly in the warehouse.
• Pick and issue goods according to requests or orders.
• Update stock records and inventory systems.
• Perform regular stock checks and stocktaking.
• Monitor stock levels and report low or missing stock.
• Prepare delivery, transfer, and return documents.
• Ensure goods are properly labelled and stored.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organised.
• Follow company safety and warehouse procedures.
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, sales, and other departments.
• Perform other warehouse duties assigned by the supervisor.
