Job summary

Century Personnel Services Limited is seeking a trading professional to manage sugar trades across Hong Kong, China and Southeast Asia. You will analyse market trends, pursue new opportunities, and nurture customer relationships to maximize trading potential.

The role requires 1–3+ years in international trading, strong sales and negotiation skills, and fluency in English and Chinese. You will work to meet targets within a dynamic, fast-paced environment located in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years' experience in international trading (commodity/food sector preferred).
• Knowledge of international trading logistics including transport, shipping and insurance.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude with strong commercial drive and proactive approach.
• Strong organization, time management, customer service and problem-solving.
• Fluent English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
• MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Word.

Responsibilities

• Trading of Sugar across Hong Kong, China and South East Asia.
• Business Development - analysing market information and trends to identify opportunities.
• Maintaining close relationships and developing new accounts to maximize trading potential.
• Achieving and exceeding company targets and budgets.
