Tam Jai International Co. Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Manager / Senior Manager, Internal Communications & Channel Marketing to lead internal communications, staff engagement, and cross-channel campaigns.

You will drive corporate culture initiatives and execute multi-channel communications, promotions, and partnerships. The role also covers external messaging, brand governance, and end-to-end event execution, requiring collaboration with internal teams, agencies, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to marketing or communications.
• 7+ years in corporate communications, PR, CSR, and events.
• Experience in financial services or insurance is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs end-to-end.
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal communications strategy, culture campaigns and staff engagement.
• Organize internal events aligned with regional/global priorities.
• Drive multi-channel distribution communications and promotional campaigns.
• Oversee marketing campaigns, events, partnerships and sponsorships.
• Manage external PR, media materials and corporate messaging.
• Ensure brand governance and alignment with guidelines; coordinate with agencies.
