Job summary

Charterhouse Hong Kong is seeking a senior HR communications professional to design and drive our internal communications strategy. You will own the monthly staff newsletter, curate celebrations of achievements, and reinforce our culture across the organization.

The role also oversees the talent management framework, including performance reviews, career pathing, and succession planning, while developing clear leadership messaging for town halls and company-wide announcements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on employee engagement experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong communications and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience designing internal communications and newsletters.
• Familiar with talent management framework including performance reviews and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Design the internal communications strategy to align employees with company objectives.
• Manage monthly staff newsletter end-to-end, curating content that celebrates achievements and reinforces culture.
