Job summary

Qualifications

• Recognised degree or equivalent.
• At least 2 years' relevant executive-level experience in corporate/marketing communications, PR, branding or event management.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua preferred.
• Familiar with social media administration and digital content development.
• Strong project management, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Understanding of the education landscape is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Implement brand strategies and integrated corporate communications programmes to enhance the Council and member institutions' image.
• Support content development and production of corporate materials (annual report, brochures, newsletters, videos).
• Collaborate with internal partners to develop content for the corporate website and social media.
• Assist in developing corporate communications strategies aligned with vision and objectives.
• Create compelling corporate messages, including bilingual speeches and articles for senior executives.
• Assist in planning and implementing major corporate events and activities.
