Job summary

Space Interior Solutions Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to develop design concepts and space planning solutions for commercial projects. You will prepare full sets of design drawings, render presentations, and coordinate with project teams, factories and contractors to ensure design intent is realized.

The ideal candidate holds a Higher Diploma in Interior Design, 3+ years of relevant experience, and strong AutoCAD, SketchUp and Enscape skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in interior design or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant interior design experience.
• Strong technical drawing knowledge and site coordination.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape and Adobe suite.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and space planning solutions based on client requirements.
• Prepare and manage full set of design drawings, including layout plans, elevations, detailed drawings, and specifications.
• Produce and review 3D renderings and presentation materials.
• Select and specify materials, finishes, and furniture within budget and design intent.
• Coordinate with project team, factory, and contractors to ensure design quality.
• Attend client meetings and present design proposals as needed.

Select and specify materials, finishes, and furniture in line with project budget and design intent

Coordinate closely with project team, factory, and contractors to ensure design quality is properly executed

Attend client meetings, communicate with clients on design matters and present design proposals when required

About you

Higher Diploma or above in Interior Design or related discipline

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in commercial or corporate interior projects

Strong technical drawing knowledge and site coordination experience

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe software

Good communication and presentation skills
