Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Hong Kong seeks an interior designer to support space planning and design projects. You will create 2D and 3D views, renderings, and presentations, and prepare construction drawings and documentation.

The role involves client interaction, ensuring excellent service and collaboration across teams. Proficiency in CAD/SketchUp and related tools is required.

Qualifications

• Degree/diploma in interior design/architectural studies or relevance.
• 1–3 years' experience in interior design or related field.
• Workplace/office design experience is advantageous.
• Experience in preparation of interior working drawings will be an advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of Enscape3D is an advantage.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Communicates ideas openly and thrives on collaboration.
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and quick to turn around 3D visuals.
