Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a Project/Programme Manager or PMO Manager at various levels within the insurance sector to drive business growth. The role involves collaborating with multiple departments and external partners to deliver strategic transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in project management, strong knowledge of waterfall and agile methods, and excellent English and Chinese communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies; PMP/Prince2/Scrum Master certified preferred.
• Excellent English and Chinese, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departments and external partners to implement strategic projects.
• Review processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance.
• Influence sponsors and stakeholders to ensure timelines and resources.
• Manage projects through lifecycle including planning, budgeting, risk and quality assurance.
• Provide accurate and timely project reporting to senior management.
• Facilitate governance, continuous improvement and cross-functional workshops.
• Shape and manage day-to-day project activities, meetings, and status reports.
