Captar Partners Limited is seeking an Insurance Products and Propositions Manager in Hong Kong. The role focuses on reviewing and comparing life insurance products, supporting business development and advising the sales team with practical product guidance.

The candidate should have strong insurance product comparison experience and knowledge of whole life, universal life, and investment-linked plans, plus exposure to markets in Hong Kong, Singapore, or offshore regions.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Business, Finance, Insurance, Actuarial Science or related discipline.
• Experience in insurance product management, product comparison, product propositions, insurance brokerage, bancassurance, wealth management or related area.
• Strong knowledge of life insurance products including whole life, universal life, and investment-linked plans.
• Experience comparing insurance products across Hong Kong, Singapore, or offshore markets is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Review and compare life insurance products, including whole life and universal life.
• Compare products available in Hong Kong, Singapore, and offshore markets such as Bermuda.
• Explain key features, benefits, risks, costs, and differences between products clearly.
• Recommend suitable products for estate planning, wealth transfer, retirement planning and business continuity.
• Prepare product comparison tables, presentation decks, sales tools and materials for sales and advisory teams.
• Collaborate with distribution, product development, actuarial and investment teams for product information and market updates.
• Monitor regulatory changes, market trends and competitor products to keep portfolio competitive and compliant.
• Conduct product training and provide ongoing support to sales and advisory teams.
• Work with compliance, operations and technology teams to support onboarding and administration.

Our client is a well-established international insurance and wealth solutions group with a strong presence in Hong Kong and regional markets. They are looking for an Insurance Products and Propositions Manager to review and compare life insurance products, support business development, and provide practical product advice to the sales team.

Candidates with strong insurance product comparison experience are welcome to apply, even if they do not have direct experience in every area listed below.

Responsibilities

• Review and compare life insurance products, including whole life, universal life.
• Compare products available in Hong Kong, Singapore, and offshore markets, including Bermuda.
• Explain the key features, benefits, risks, costs, and differences between products in a clear and easy-to-understand way.
• Recommend suitable products for different client needs, such as estate planning, wealth transfer, retirement planning, and business continuity.
• Prepare product comparison tables, presentation decks, sales tools, and other materials to support the sales and advisory teams.
• Work closely with insurance companies’ distribution, product development, actuarial, and investment teams to obtain product information, market updates, and performance data.
• Monitor regulatory changes, market trends, and competitor products to help keep the product portfolio competitive and compliant.
• Conduct product training and provide ongoing product support to sales and advisory teams.
• Work with compliance, operations, and technology teams to support smooth product onboarding and administration.

Requirements
