Job summary

IT Channel (Asia) Limited seeks an experienced Insurance Product Leader to drive the strategy and execution across markets. You will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design solutions that increase activation, engagement and revenue in the insurance space.

You will own the product backlog, shape the playbook, align with senior leadership, and deliver value by translating customer needs into actionable initiatives while guiding Product Owners in a multi-national

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer science or related.
10+ years’ experience in product ownership or product management in start-up, technology or financial services industry.
Minimum 10+ years’ experience in Insurance industry working in multi-national environments and at regional or global leadership capacity.
7+ years’ experience in building and optimizing servicing and claims transactions for B2C solutions.
7+ years’ experience with mobile application offerings to customers; 7+ years’ delivery of Agile, Product Management, Project Management (SCRUM).

Responsibilities

Lead the prioritisation and delivery of insurance product initiatives across markets.
Define and implement the product strategy to enable insurance activation and revenue growth.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate customer needs into executable solutions.
Drive backlogs, KPIs and value propositions to improve user engagement and retention.
