Job summary

IPS Group (Asia) Limited is seeking an Assistant Product Development Manager to support the development and management of insurance products. You will collaborate with product management professionals and help launch innovative insurance solutions aligned with business aims.

Responsibilities include market research, documentation, cross-functional liaison with underwriting, sales and marketing, and ongoing product performance analysis to inform enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Insurance or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in product development or product management, preferably in insurance/financial services.
• Strong understanding of insurance products and market landscape.
• Excellent analytical and research skills with data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conception, development and launch of new insurance products and services.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.
• Prepare product documentation including specifications, requirements and business cases.
• Collaborate with underwriting, sales, marketing and operations to ensure product delivery.
• Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback for enhancements.
• Maintain detailed records of the product development process and outcomes.
• Create marketing and promotional materials for new and existing products.
• Contribute to product roadmaps and strategic initiatives.
