Job summary

Robert Half Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Sales Administrator for an Insurance Company in Hong Kong Island. You will review and process policy contracts, handle servicing requests, and maintain records to support client policies.

The role requires HKCEE/DSE or above, with IIQE license a plus. Fresh graduates with IIQE are welcome, and fluency in English is essential. Immediate availability is highly preferred to join a dynamic team.

Qualifications

HKCEE or DSE or above; IIQE license is a plus.
Insurance industry experience preferred.
Experience handling all sales administration tasks.

Responsibilities

Review and process policy contracts accurately and timely.
Handle policy servicing requests including ownership/beneficiary changes, policy alterations, claims and surrenders.
Maintain and update policy administration systems and internal records.
Liaise with internal teams and business partners to resolve policy-related issues.
Monitor in-force policies and follow up on outstanding matters.
Manage daily mail and courier arrangements.
Support broker portal maintenance and operational documentation updates.
Assist with administrative and ad hoc tasks assigned by the team lead.
