Job summary

Hong Kong Job Consulting is seeking a high-calibre Insurance Specialist to spearhead business development and expand the insurer's market presence in Hong Kong. You will promote insurance products in Wealth Management Center and leverage upsell opportunities with the existing customer base and referrals.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of insurance experience, strong customer-service skills, and fluent English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• At least 5 subjects in HKCEE/HKDSE (Level 2 or above).
• 1–2 years of insurance experience or solid insurance knowledge.
• Self-motivated, independent and capable of working under pressure.
• Strong customer-service mindset with commitment to high-quality service.
• Excellent English and Chinese (spoken and written); Putonghua preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote insurance products in Wealth Management Center.
• Upsell to existing customers and referrals to grow the client base.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and develop new opportunities.
• Arrange appointments to cross-sell and close deals.

Promote insurance products in Wealth Management Center

Promote insurance products to customers through upselling to existing customer base /partnership /referral from our companies

Maintain good relationship with existing customer and develop potential client base

Engage appointments to cross-sell insurance products and close deals

Requirements:

At least 5 subjects at Grade E / Level 2 or above in the HKCEE / HKDSE

At least 1 - 2 years of insurance experience, with solid insurance knowledge

Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure

Strong customer service mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers

Excellent communications and negotiation skills with good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written; Putonghua is preferable
