Job summary

Ambition is seeking a seasoned Business Project Manager for its Insurance division. You will drive strategic digital transformation initiatives, enhancing customer journeys and data-driven marketing while coordinating with business and technology teams across the enterprise.

You will lead workshops, manage requirements, design solutions, and oversee change management to ensure user adoption and business readiness in a fast-paced environment. Cantonese, English and Mandarin fluency is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in project management within insurance/financial services or related industries.
• Proven track record delivering digital, customer-facing, or business transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital and business transformation projects from requirements to deployment.
• Manage plans, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with business, technology, UX/UI, and external vendors to drive outcomes.
