Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting a Senior Program Manager for a leading Hong Kong insurer in Kwun Tong. The role centers on driving a Future Underwriting blueprint, GenAI-driven enhancements, and digital workflow modernization.

You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage evolving requirements, and report to senior governance bodies. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of PM experience in large-scale transformations, a solid insurance background, and strong leadership with stakeholder management

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager, preferably within large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs.
• Strong background in the insurance industry, with understanding of underwriting operations and agency workflows.
• PMI/PMP certification preferred vs. mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the execution of initiatives under the Future Underwriting Blueprint Program, including GenAI-powered underwriting enhancements and digital submission solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and track detailed program plans, timelines, deliverables, and resources to meet milestones.
• Serve as a key contact, managing relationships with agencies, internal teams, and end-users to ensure alignment and collaboration.
