Qualifikationen

• Customer service experience (Call Centre, Banking, Insurance, etc.).
• IIQE Paper 1 and 3 holder is essential.
• IIQE Paper 2 and 5 is preferred.
• Fast paced with good communication skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Basic insurance knowledge would be an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints from different channels (Call, Livechat, Email, Letter) regarding insurance activities.
• Report problems, potential crisis and complaints to supervisor for service improvement.
• Maintain good customer relationship and promote company services.
• Make outbound calls to customers for follow-up cases.
• Execute empowerment guidelines.
