Job summary

WallStone Partners & Company Limited is seeking a Call Center Officer/Life Chat Officer in Hong Kong to handle inquiries across multiple channels (Call, Livechat, Email, Letter) related to underwriting, policy owner service and claims.

The ideal candidate has customer service experience, bilingual English and Chinese communication skills, and the IIQE papers. Basic insurance knowledge is a plus and you should be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Full Certificate of HKDSE or HKCEE.
• Experience in customer service (call centre, banking, insurance, telecom).
• IIQE Paper 1 and 3 holder is essential; Paper 2 and 5 preferred.
• Good communication in English and Chinese; fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints across call, live chat, email and letter.
• Report problems and potential crises to supervisor for service improvement.
• Maintain good customer relationships and promote company services.
• Make outbound calls to customers for follow-up cases.
• Follow empowerment guidelines.
