TEKsystems is seeking a proactive Business Analyst for an Insurance MNC AI project with flexible work-from-home options. You will support multiple digital transformation initiatives, including AI chatbot and website enhancements, ensuring system stability and performance.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year BA experience in insurance/banking, strong requirements gathering and documentation skills, and excellent communication within cross-functional teams.

Competenze

• 1+ year experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience on insurance and banking projects.
• Understanding of individual insurance products and processes.
• Strong documentation and user-facing communication.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Gather requirements with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Validate and draft detailed business and functional requirements.
• Develop recommendations meeting business and customer needs.
• Create UAT plans and define test data requirements.
• Prepare training materials and conduct user training.
• Provide project support and resolve system issues.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
