Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to drive digital transformation of Insurance Claims Operations. You will lead initiatives across departments, document requirements, and partner with IT to implement process improvements.

The role requires 3+ years in business or systems analysis, strong communication, and fluent English and Cantonese. You will lead UAT, train end users, and support implementation with proactive collaboration and data-driven problem solving.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or medical/P&C claims processing.
• Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to provide integrated, critical solutions to complex business problems.
• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Advanced PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing.
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese.

Responsabilidades

• Lead digital transformation and business process reengineering initiatives across departments.
• Collaborate with Operations and IT to identify improvement opportunities and document clear requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and gap analyses to define project scope and prioritize initiatives within Agile sprint planning.
• Partner with IT to guide system enhancements and facilitate test-driven development.
• Manage end-to-end UAT, including test planning, case design, and execution.
• Oversee business implementation and create training materials for end-user sessions.
• Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks to maintain workflow efficiency.
