Job summary

ION Group HK Ltd in North Point is seeking an experienced Insurance Broker to advise clients on their insurance needs and place appropriate products. You will build strong client relationships, identify risks, and drive revenue through new client acquisition and renewals.

The role requires 3–5 years' experience, a valid HK licence or equivalent, and solid knowledge of general, life, and employee benefits. You will negotiate with insurers and provide exceptional service while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Valid HK Insurance Broker's Licence or equivalent professional qualification.
• 3–5 years' experience as an insurance broker or in a related role.
• Strong knowledge of general, life and employee benefits insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' insurance requirements and identify appropriate coverage solutions.
• Prepare and present quotations and proposals to clients.
• Negotiate terms and premiums with insurers and underwriters on behalf of clients.
• Arrange and place policies with insurers and ensure documentation is accurate and complete.
• Provide ongoing support, claims assistance and policy renewals.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, insurers, and industry partners.
