Job summary

Bank of Communications (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an experienced Fixed Income Sales professional to develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients, understand objectives and liquidity needs. You will execute orders, coordinate with trading, research and product teams to ensure smooth trade settlement and post-sales follow-up while expanding coverage and driving revenue growth.

The role requires 3-5 years in fixed income sales/trading, strong communication skills, and fluency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related majors.
• 3-5 years’ experience in Fixed income sales, trading or institutional client coverage experience in securities firms, banks or asset management institutions
• Familiar with bond primary & secondary market business, able to independently deliver market views and trade recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with institutional fixed income clients to understand objectives.
• Execute client orders efficiently, coordinate with trading desk, research team and product team to ensure smooth trade settlement and post-sales follow-up.
• Expand client coverage footprint, explore new business opportunities and drive fixed income transaction volume and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with internal research, trading and structuring teams to customize fixed income investment solutions for clients.
• Assist on structure note issuance and ongoing maintenance.
