Job summary

Hudson Highland Limited is expanding its institutional equity sales desk in Hong Kong, hiring across Associate to VP level. You will cover institutional investor clients, deliver research and ideas, and drive secondary commissions by providing sharp, timely coverage.

You will build relationships with asset managers, hedge funds and long-only investors, distribute market views, service client orders, and connect clients to analysts and events, while highlighting HK/China equity stories.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• Experience in institutional equity sales or investor coverage at Associate to VP level.
• SFC Type 1 licence or eligibility to obtain one.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong and China equity markets.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with institutional clients such as asset managers, hedge funds, and long-only investors.
• Distribute research, trade ideas and market views, and provide daily coverage.
• Service client orders and work with the trading desk.
• Connect clients to analysts and corporate access events like roadshows and expert calls.
• Keep clients close to the Hong Kong and China equity story and grow wallet share.
