Job summary

Bitget is the world's leading web3 platform for copy trading and a top exchange with staff from over 50 countries. We are seeking an Institutional Client Success professional to be the main contact for KA and VIP clients, guiding their trading lifecycle and resolutions.

You will drive needs analysis, optimize execution across stages, and translate feedback to Product and Trading teams while collaborating with a global, fast-moving team.

Qualifications

• Institutional KA operations and client lifecycle experience.
• Strong understanding of derivatives trading and dialogue with clients.
• Proven ability to manage high-stakes relationships and negotiations.
• Ability to analyze client behavior and trading data for insights.
• Excellent interpersonal communication across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for institutional and VIP clients throughout their trading lifecycle.
• Identify needs and drive internal resolutions to enhance client experience.
• Assist clients in achieving optimal execution, including API integration and settlement.
• Collect insights from institutional users and translate into product feedback.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to resolve urgent issues with minimal disruption.
