Job summary

Bitget is the world's leading web3 platform for copy trading and a top exchange with staff from over 50 countries. We are seeking an Institutional Client Success professional to be the main contact for KA and VIP clients, guiding their trading lifecycle and resolutions.

You will drive needs analysis, optimize execution across stages, and translate feedback to Product and Trading teams while collaborating with a global, fast-moving team.

Qualifications

What you'll do

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional and VIP clients, providing core support throughout their trading lifecycle.
• Needs Analysis & Solutioning: Identify pain points and trading requirements of institutional clients, driving internal resolutions to enhance their experience.
• Trading Experience Optimization: Assist clients in achieving optimal execution across all trading stages, including API integration, order execution, and settlement.
• Product Feedback Loop: Collect high-value insights from institutional users and translate them into actionable feedback for Product and Trading teams.
• Issue Resolution: Lead the rapid response to institutional "bad cases" by coordinating cross-functional resources to ensure minimal disruption.

What you'll need

• Institutional Background: Proven experience in Key Account (KA) operations, sales, or client success, with a deep understanding of institutional user profiles and decision-making processes.
• Derivatives Expertise: Solid understanding of derivatives trading mechanisms, enabling professional and technical dialogue with institutional clients.
• Client Management Skills: Strong ability in user operations, relationship maintenance, and negotiation.
• Data-Driven Insight: Proficient in analyzing client behavior and trading data to identify trends and unmet needs.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage high-stakes relationships.
