Job summary

Bitget is hiring a Product Manager to design features for spot and derivatives trading, and to author PRDs, flowcharts, and interactive prototypes. You will improve key trading workflows, coordinate with R&D, design, and QA, and drive iterative optimization through data analysis.

You should bring 3+ years in product management, including crypto or financial trading, plus strong documentation and communication skills. The role offers a dynamic, global team and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of product management experience, including at least 1 year in digital currency or financial trading products.

Responsibilities

• Design product features for digital currency spot and derivatives trading modules, and produce product documentation including PRDs, flowcharts, and prototypes.
• Optimize user experience across core trading workflows such as market K-lines, order placement, order management, and asset/position tracking to improve order execution efficiency.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from design, review, development, and testing to launch, coordinating with R&D, design, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Collect and analyze user feedback and product metrics (e.g., conversion rates, order success rates, page dwell time) to drive continuous iteration and optimization of trading features.
• Monitor trading product trends among leading industry exchanges, conduct competitive analysis, and provide insights to inform product improvements.

What you'll do

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of product management experience, including at least 1 year in digital currency or financial trading products.
• Solid understanding of the core logic behind digital currency spot and/or derivatives trading (order placement, matching, positions, asset settlement, etc.); prior relevant product experience is preferred.
• Strong product documentation skills, with the ability to independently produce PRDs, flowcharts, and interactive prototypes.
• High data sensitivity, with the ability to identify issues through data analysis and drive optimizations.
• Clear logical thinking and strong communication skills, capable of efficiently coordinating with R&D, design, QA, and other stakeholders.
• Strong business adaptability, able to switch flexibly between multiple product lines and quickly ramp up on domain knowledge.
• Passionate about trading experiences and financial products, with strong self-drive and learning agility.
