Job summary

Manpower Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an Infrastructure Specialist/Senior Systems Engineer in Hong Kong. The role administers Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Entra ID and Microsoft 365 services, while managing Exchange Server/Online in hybrid environments and ensuring secure mail flow.

You will maintain VMware vSphere infrastructure and perform server administration, patching and DR activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure administration and support.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Active Directory and VMware vSphere.
• Experience supporting enterprise backup solutions (e.g. Veeam), SAN/NAS storage and server hardware platforms.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, MFA, Entra ID, Conditional Access and CIS security standards.

Responsibilities

• Experience with PowerShell scripting; exposure to Ansible, Terraform or IaC is an advantage.
• Knowledge of OpenShift, Kubernetes, AI infrastructure or RHEL administration is highly desirable.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and documentation skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Relevant Microsoft, VMware, Red Hat, Veeam, Kubernetes or ITIL certifications are preferred.
