Job summary

CL Technical Services Ltd. in Hong Kong is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to ensure system availability and meet service levels.

You will deliver ongoing support and oversee enhancements with QA, while guiding the infrastructure team and contractors to keep services operational. You will assess requirements, prepare specifications for hardware, software, and maintenance procurement, and take on additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects.
• At least 4 years' experience in IT infrastructure, with a minimum of 1 year in system implementation.
• Solid experience in IT Security, Linux System Administration, Storage Area Network, Network Design, and Server Virtualization Technology.
• Solid experience in managing outsourced system support operations for large-scale IT systems is highly preferred.
