Job summary

Henderson Land Development Company Limited requires an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers, and to design and manage network infrastructure in a Hong Kong-based setting.

The role involves deploying VMware vSphere and Sangfor, managing storage (SAN/NAS), scripting tasks, automation, and AI-powered monitoring to ensure uptime and security across the data center and network. Strong English and Chinese communication is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain physical & virtual servers
• Design, implement and manage network infrastructure
• Deploy and administer virtual environments (VMware vSphere, Sangfor)
• Configure and maintain SAN/NAS storage
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Plan and execute server & network upgrades with minimal downtime
• Implement and maintain backup & disaster recovery
• Manage network security policies and firewall rules
• Document configurations, diagrams and SOPs
• Write automation scripts (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
• Explore AI-powered monitoring/incident tools
• Collaborate with application teams for deployment and tuning
• Provide first-level infra support
