Job summary

Henderson Land Development Company Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned System Administrator to manage server administration, AD/Exchange maintenance, and migration to cloud. You will handle SAN/NAS, backups, patching, and support remote sites and the Helpdesk.

The ideal candidate holds IT degree, MCSE and CCNA, 5+ years in system administration, and strong English and Chinese communication. Experience with Veeam, VMware, NetApp, and Linux is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in IT or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in system administration.
• MCSE and CCNA certifications are a must.
• Experience in PC & Mac support in LAN/WAN, mobile devices & Wi‑Fi environments, including installation, patching/upgrading & administration.
• In‑depth AD GPO deployment, firewall settings and network troubleshooting are added advantages.
• Hands‑on experience with Veeam, VMware, NetApp and SysAdmin tools.
• Experience with AI usage and Linux is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Good negotiation skills and proficiency in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Perform server administration including backup, anti-virus updates, upgrades and server migration.
• Perform MS AD & Exchange maintenance and migration from on-premises to cloud.
• Manage Storage Area Network (SAN) and Network Attached Storage (NAS).
• Handle User ID maintenance and project deployment.
• Provide support to remote site setup and Helpdesk.
