Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal seeks a professional to support its INFRA advisory work in Asia, based in Hong Kong. The role targets individuals with 2+ years in consulting, capable of delivering structured analyses and client-facing outputs across infrastructure sectors.

You will communicate effectively with project stakeholders, contribute to problem-solving, and help advance capital projects with a collaborative, entrepreneurial team at A&M.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, finance, engineering, surveying, construction management, real estate or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting or related areas.
• Some knowledge of INFRA service lines and experience supporting consulting projects across sectors.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses to identify root causes and develop initial recommendations.
• Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders, structuring presentations and reports.
• Manage own work within a broader project, coordinating with team members and escalating risks as needed.
• Understand infrastructure sector trends and apply insights to improve INFRA deliverables.
• Foster teamwork and inclusion, sharing knowledge with peers and analysts.
• Build professional networks within and outside the firm.
