Aufgaben

• IT equipment inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and daily management.
• Assist in employee account activation, permission changes, and account deactivation upon resignation.
• Handle daily IT problems including computer failures, software installation, network lag, and peripheral issues.
• Oversee network security management, including virus prevention, intranet security, and USB drive control; manage broadband and IP allocation.
• Support GL20 cybersecurity-related compliance requirements, assist in completing cybersecurity risk assessments, identifying control gaps, and tracking improvement plans.
• Responsible for full-process IT procurement, including procurement plan formulation, material preparation, supplier coordination, and delivery follow-up.
• Management and advancement of IT projects, including plan formulation, implementation coordination, and risk tracking; coordinate with demand departments to clarify requirements.
• Organize internal IT training covering office software, system operations, information security awareness, and training material preparation.

2. Assist in handling employee account activation, permission changes, and account deactivation upon resignation;

3. Handle employees' daily computer failures, software installation, network lag, and peripheral issues, and promptly resolve employees' IT problems;

4. Oversee network security management, including virus prevention, intranet security, and USB drive control; manage broadband and IP allocation;

5. Support the implementation of GL20 cybersecurity-related compliance requirements, assist in completing cybersecurity risk assessments, identifying control measure gaps, and tracking improvement plans, ensuring that IT operation and maintenance activities comply with regulatory guidelines and internal security policies;

6. Responsible for the full-process execution of IT procurement matters, including procurement plan formulation and procurement material preparation; communicate and coordinate with suppliers, clarify the technical standards and configuration requirements of procurement content, and follow up on delivery and acceptance;

7. Responsible for the management and advancement of IT projects, including project plan formulation, project implementation coordination, and progress and risk tracking; communicate and coordinate with the company's demand departments to clarify requirements and promote implementation services;

8. Organize the company's internal IT training, covering office software, system operations, information security awareness, and other content, prepare training materials, and follow up on training effectiveness feedback.
