Job summary

Hong Kong Red Cross is launching a 5-year project on Infection Control Training and Support for Sectors. A Deputy Manager will assist in execution, training arrangements, data handling and reporting, while supporting the budget and procurement plans.

The role requires collaboration across teams and with external partners, plus monitoring outcomes and promoting infection control through campaigns. English and Chinese proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any discipline; social service, community health or marketing preferred.
• At least 3 years post-graduation with 2 years at supervisory level.
• Experience in managing funding projects in a nonprofit setting is an asset.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Nursing Officer in training arrangement, data management, and reporting.
• Support budget and procurement planning with financial governance.
• Monitor project progress and ensure continuous service quality improvement.
• Lead infection control promotion strategy and social media engagement.
• Collaborate with teams and external partners; maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Assist in project audit preparation and related duties.
